THE SHOP at POZ4PLAY.COM can process orders shipped within the United States and Canada only. (FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, see below) *   We ship via United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Smart Post. Almost all of our inventory is ready to ship to US and Canada within 5-7 business days. Some items are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, and others are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.

Shipping Rates are based on the order total to US and Canada:
Up to $25   $8.95
$25 - $50    $9.95
$50 - $75    $10.95
$75- $100   $11.95
(On Orders to Canada we add a $14 surcharge per order.)
Orders of $100 or more get FREE shipping for a limited time.

We collect sales tax of 8% for orders shipped within the State of Georgia only.

We will provide tracking or delivery confirmation numbers for your shipments. Your purchases will arrive discreetly marked from "Shipping Department".  We will send you a follow up email after your package arrives to make sure you are fully satisfied.

Please email us at bill@poz4play.com  with a list of your product selections.  Please include the quantity requested, and your size or color choices, if applicable.  Be sure to provide: Your full name, full shipping address, your telephone number and email address.  We will email you back a PayPal itemized invoice, including your shipping charges in US dollars.  (Please be aware that you are responsible for customs charges and value added taxes (VAT), that these will NOT be included in your invoice.)  Once your payment is received we will process your order.  You will receive an email confirmation along with tracking information for your package.  Available in 190 countries around the globe, PayPal is a safe, secure and easy way to pay us.

Important notes regarding Shipping Internationally:

International Shipping Methods

For international orders, we ship via United States Postal Service or UPS. International shipping starts at $14.95 and is based on the weight and value of your order. The exact charge will be indicated in your invoice.  Generally international shipments take 6 - 10 business days from day of order unless Customs causes a delay for some reason.

Customs

We do not ship internationally handcuffs, or any oversized items including but not limited to, bondage furniture. We will make every effort to screen your order for regionally prohibited items and remove them from your invoice.

Please note that customs officals of any country are authorized to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT ISSUE CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US.
Contact customs officials in your country for the best information on how your order will be handled by them.
